First sale no proof, second one not a sale, bad offers don't really mean anything, third one the guy is quickselling all his unusuals and the last one no proof
First one is a BO as is the last one. BO's are enough to prove ranges. And if in 3 months a guy hasn't gotten any offer better than it's likely that price isn't a good one.
You have bought and sold this hat twice recently. That would be 4 sales. Why not include them?
