I am very, very lucky to have gotten away from this horrible hat. I have tried for around 2 months to sell it for 6, ended up selling for a 13th hour Salty.

          Does this and some other hats like the professor's peculiarity and the mask of the shaman have low unbox rates? They have existed for a long time yet so few unusual versions exist.

              Nvm, just found out that the cranium could only be unboxed with unusual quality from July 10 2013. But some unusual hats like the mask of the shaman and professor's peculiarity are quite rare.

              I offer, and always have offered, a 3 day tradeback promise. This includes unusuals. I find 3 days is enough for people to decide if they want to trade back or not, or realise a sharp decline in value of an item (like this one).

              While the stormy 13th hour salty has a 10 month old price (and shouldn't really be used), this is obviously better than the current range.
