Edit: Conclusion:

Why is 1.3 an Outlier? As you can see, there are 2-3 sales around the 2 bud mark, and another that sold for 2 unusuals that both have outdated prices. The 4th Proof sold much faster and for cheaper than any other of the trade, hence why I did not include it in the range. May the best suggester win :3

I didn't set 1.6 buds as the low-end because there have been sale lower and 1 key doesn't make a difference.

There is also a sale of a Searing Plasma Panama 1:1 with this. Which makes this 1 bud. Of course that Panama isn't worth that less, but, I can confirm, 1.3 buds isn't an outlier.

The nuts Noble trade sold very quick, hence why I'm not including it in the range. You also said yourself the Searing Panama is an outlier. But you can think whatever you like, we'll let the mods decide.

It's a tricky one. A tighter range is always preferred so I think this is probably the best suggestion of the 2 (or 3 lol) so upvote from me.

Your suggestion isn't much better than cyborgs (1.6-1.8, whooping .2 off) Unusual prices are supposed to be a generalization price, not precise. It's okay to be .2 off. Downvoted for that reason.

Both are likely outliers involving traders with very little unusual experience and both were traded fast. In situations where the hat gets traded as quickly as this one with a dearth of offers, it's best to err on the higher end of sales.

Went with this over 1.6-2 simply because it was made first and is ~same suggested range

Went with this over 1.6-1.8 due to the two high end sales. Note, both of you got this sale incorrent - http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/15569580 - it was a peace hot rod + OF mullet. Mullet has a very old price, but even conservatively that sale should be ~1.8-1.9 and the nuts barnstormer sale at 2 is not so much an outlier to remove that from the range, even if that hat is a real challenge to sell.
