Your 4th link never had a Nuts Noble in his bp
For your 5th link: Searing Panama is 1 bud with overpay (1.1 bud was the original price), but I see no proof how the other added 4 keys, no keys in his bp 2 after the trade:http://backpack.tf/id/76561198027285299?time=1383638400 and I don't see any other new items
In addition, the panama is outdated, so we can't take it as proof atm: http://backpack.tf/unusuals/109/Professional%27s_Panama

Both are likely outliers involving traders with very little unusual experience and both were traded fast. In situations where the hat gets traded as quickly as this one with a dearth of offers, it's best to err on the higher end of sales.
Went with this over 1.6-2 simply because it was made first and is ~same suggested range
Went with this over 1.6-1.8 due to the two high end sales. Note, both of you got this sale incorrent - http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/15569580 - it was a peace hot rod + OF mullet. Mullet has a very old price, but even conservatively that sale should be ~1.8-1.9 and the nuts barnstormer sale at 2 is not so much an outlier to remove that from the range, even if that hat is a real challenge to sell."

How do you know 4 keys were added to the searing panama. When I looked, I didn't see that any evidence of that anywhere - either in bp.tf or outpost history or on any trades. Here's the bp link for reference - http://backpack.tf/id/76561198072291058?time=1383638400
It's possible I missed something. If that sale is really as you say then I think this range might be reasonable. But I counted that sale at 1.1 and an outlier given that it was sold quickly and straight from the unboxer with other sales at 1.8-2.
Either way, not going to look into this again. Counting this as a counter-suggestion for another mod to decide.

Most sales are in the 1.5-2 bud range. I'm not sure how you know that 4 keys were added in link 5, but those are a bit low and as polar bear said, from inexperienced traders. The previous suggestion is fine, I don't really see a huge need to change it at the moment.
