If nobody pays the B/O, it means nothing when raising a price. I can list my 14 key unusual for 100 buds. Doesn't mean that the price should be 100 buds, unless somebody actually buys the thing for 100 buds.

I understand you wanting your item to rise, but trading isn't all good man. You need to accept drops sometimes. Doing stuff like this isn't going to work. Come back with sales of this hat.
