Well when combined with the summer stuff yeah, makes the heavy look like some tough guy wanna be surfer....shame that's not a stormy storm one, it'd fit the theme alot better.

Seriously, your effect is good, that's a fact, and I didn't find any unusuals with that effect with price set yet (still searching), so what's the tier range for this effect? Maybe the hat is worth more, so I advice you to wait some time before putting it on sale or suggesting a price...
