Don't unusuals always need to have a range? I thought that was a rule, maybe 3.8-4?

Rule : if hat not one on the market and sales are often in large price range (>0.1-0.5) -makes sense to do price range , here the reverse case -sales prices~3.9 and sales not are often -->flat price.
