That graph shows what people are selling for. I doubt any of those would be sold.
Also there are a lot of people selling for 3-4 ref so that would effect that graph.
Solds? Prices are based on actual sales, not buyouts (so yeah, technically the price could be even lower)
I added 1 sold, which turned out to be the only one I could find on trade.tf apart from a 1.33 outlier.
hm....really unsure about this. Personally for me it is not enough proof, but the proof you provide seems to be ok....so staying neutral for now.
