5-10 seems a bit weird range, way to much varying but i see this must be a really rare haunted misc so its understandable it can be worth maybe 9-10 or even 10-a bud?

Only 2 classifieds at 13 keys and one bud.

Buy cheap haunted for 1 ref, buy many many pyro transmogrifiers and use them until you get Abhorrent Appendages. Profit! Repeat.

If the transmogrifiers hadn't been expired by now. :/

These were hovering around 2 keys before the event ended. It was when it ended that it shot up- take a look at the steam market for reference. With 28 different pyro options and 1 reclaimed per transmog, you'd be lucky to get 2 refined profit off each. And that's assuming the RNG doesn't screw you, and also assuming that the haunted appendages had an equal rate of creation against other haunted pyro items by transmog, which isn't a given.

I regret not pricing all the Haunted Items when it is Halloween, it will be much more easier to price...

Also, when I first tried pricing this last tuesday, sales were al over the place, and a 1-18 ref range wasn't really justifiable

I tried getting one of these with transmogrifiers during halloween because I noticed these had a slightly higher value than any other costume. I tried 8 times, ended up with a stetson .-.

And there I was thinking that Trade.Tf was an accurate indicator of market pricing :) Perhaps a change in methods is needed for new item pricing.

I think your range is already outdated

Your range has 2 sales around your low end (5 and 6) and 2 sales around your high end (9 and 10)

But most people (from the few of the few) who sell try to get much higher than 10 (at least they try)

The one who offers 7 keys actually has keys so it seems that 5 or 6 is kinda outdated right now and perhaps there are sales above 10 as well

Also your 5 keys sale took 2 hours

And your 6 keys sale (which is a buying trade) took a day to get it, even if he bought 2 he already sold 1 for more

Right now you can probably get 7 keys from a buyer easily and it's a fact it can sell for more

It says it self with only 200 of this Hauntet ones,this one is going higher or even 10 keys. Just look at all this trade post around in the system, they have allready start to ask for 12 keys for this item now:
