1) That's only one sale. Those are two different trades for the same hat owned by the same person.
2) Use original pricing. Burning Conq was priced at 7-8, for example.
Dupe Bonk is 7ish low end, bought 4 for that price and sold 2 for that. Also bought one for 6.

We can't take the trader's word that it was 22 in unusuals. We need to know what unusuals were traded. Without the details, the first trade is invalid.
And, as mentioned, original prices need to be used on unusuals, leading to an inaccurate price on the second trade.
