Conclusion: 1 ref is the most common number of trades, under that seems a quicksell.

Personally, I feel that the Strange Scottish Resistance should be worth more than the Strange Stickybomb Launcher - but that's a topic for another day :)
People actually use the scottish resistance?
Only me then :) I use the Resistance more - both have their uses depending on the maps :) The traditional stickybomb launcher is just much more all purpose and easier to use
