I love that you get this item from the rarest crate in the game (that is drop-able) but IT'S WORTHLESS!

Thats because it levels up by and counts only kills. it would probably be more valuable if it counted and leveled up by number of enemies marked for death. Why valve didnt make it do that like they made the disciplinary action count teammates whipped (notice how its worth so much more)? I have no clue :P

Disc action is actually a pretty good all around melee. It's helpful to teammates and yourself in terms of rolling with a group, and it has more melee range than an eyelander, making melee fights fairly easy with the only offset being 25% less dmg. Good trade off IMO.

Thats true as well. The Fan O War isnt really super great on its own anyway. I'd rather just use atomizer or sandman.

well, 1 key is still in the range people are still succesfull at selling at 1 key, but people are equally lucky at getting the fan o war at 5 ref

The fact that this item exists is almost as silly as having Strange Rocket Launchers and Strange Sticky Jumpers

Probably should 0.9-1. But the vote is so strongly in favor here, going to go with the community.
