In conclusion:

3 ref is a dead point, as there's no argument. Plenty of people are fine with selling lower that 3 ref, and anyone who tries will get bombarded with offers below 3 ref. Why, you may ask? There are 3 reasons:

1. They're lowballers like everyone else on outpost

2. They know they can find sellers for much lower

3. They're aware that it's better to buy low, as the value is plummeting

But it all leads up to this final reason, which can be said for a lot of items nowadays:

They know the Medical Mystery is not worth 3 ref

It is because of this reason why I consider this conservative bump for the Medical Mystery necessary. The whole community knows it's not worth the whole price, but nobody has spoken, so I took the proposition offered to me and allowed the price to slip in to what this misc is worth. A single price point is hard to determine, but sellers seem to be selling a lot at 2.66, and 2.66 acts an average price for mysteries that are selling lower.

I am still new to price suggestions and I understand that maybe some aspects are not up to par with some other Pricing Connoisseur's so be helpful so I can hopefully do better in future suggestions.
