It's stayed at roughly the same price for almost 2 years now. I don't know either!

Noh Mercy is special. The Peace Signs have been offered a Vivid Plasma one a couple of times. Standard tier rankings don't hold. The top's something like Burning > Sunbeams > Scorching > GE > Heart > PE > Searing > ... The confettis are also mixed in somewhere up there.

Pretty sure the Fetties are above Energy/Hearts.

The first sale was used in the last suggestion, so it cannot be used in this suggestion. There were 2 months in-between when :3 backpack was cached on August 8th and when it was cached on October 10th. There's no way to know whether those buds were the only thing :3 got paid for the Noh Mercy.

Now, using Usurper_King's backpack history it looks more closely that he paid 7 buds for the Noh Mercy.

When you sort by value, you'll get these two images:

The only difference between these two images is that on September 29th, Usurper_King has 8 buds, and on October 3rd he has the Flies Noh Mercy and 1 bud. Therefore it is more likely that he paid 7 buds rather than 5 buds and 1 key since the graph are much closer in time and thus leave out a lot of variability such as :3 possibly selling some buds for PayPal.

Suttles, my friend? Suttles isn't a marked SOP Scammer. I don't know what the guy's name is, but it's not Suttles.

What would support your argument/claim is if you could SHOW that some of those 8 buds (more than 5) went to :3. If you can't do that, it's invalid.

+++ Last piece of proof is just to show where I'm getting my high end from, I don't think a flat range would be realistic as the sales had roughly 1 month in between them.

I apologize, I made a slip-up that I've now corrected. I must have messed by the fact Suttles had banned :3. Anyways, that still doesn't change the fact that you have no proof that it was only 5 buds, too. There are 2 months in-between when :3's backpack has a cache of before and after the sale. There are only 4 days in-between when Usurper_King's backpack, therefore his backpack is highly more reliable than :3.

I have proof that 5 buds were transferred over, you have a claim. Which one's more reliable? I'm not gonna change it unless you have proof - and bp.tf isn't the only way to do that! Feel free to add the guy, tf2items, anything. Just some kind of proof. :)

So the only new proof is a trade with a marked scammer. Great.

So if the bp.tf history has some possible flaws, provide further proof to support it.

Ok let's review this once again.

This hat wasn't on the market since june (and even there it sold in a day) Since then most of the noh's nearly doubled their value (none on the market for half a year = pretty rare, doesn't matter if it's 1 of 11).

1 deal with a scammer behind closed doors is not enough to bring down it's value. If he would have made an outpost trade (which he couldn't) then I'm pretty sure the offers would be >10 buds pretty fast, but surely above 5 pure.

That are some reasons why I think this price is unreasonable and why the 2nd sale is most likely an outlier. If there is any more proof, i.e. it sells for that price again on the normal way, feel free to make a suggestion again.

4.8 buds.. i'd buy it in a heartbeat.
