One was sold recently with Sunbeams Steel Shako (~3.5 buds) for Burning Dapper (~9.5 buds)

Thanks for the suggestion. As indicated, you need to use original suggested values on hats. As such, the marauder is 7.7-7.9 ~7.1 after overpay
