First suggestion; please dont hurt my feelings :(
old price
Just bought one for
2 buds + 3 keys + bubbling bokes (~12 keys) = 2.75
http://puu.sh/5msix.png
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/15132185
offer of 1 bud + smoking fez ( ~1.75) = 2.75
I know i have one in my backpack, but i'm lowering the price... so...
Ha! *Insert something hurtful to Kobb here*
No just messing with you.
To be honestly though, the average price for this hat is 2.8 anyway, you didn't account for Unusual overpay, and there's only 1 piece of evidence. :/.
Definitely told it to be 2.75. Does it round automatically? Not that it matters much.
Couldn't find much relevant evidence. I saw an offer of 1 bud + smoking fez (~2.75 if i remember correctly) but i was old.
EDIT: Thats a huge lie. Brb adding that offer.
He is refreshing the price, which is allowed for unusuals which were last updated 2+ months ago. http://puu.sh/5muqu.png
his sale is the only one in the last month (atleast i didnt find any others), would maybe be usefull if he would look into some older sales though.
Original suggested value for the blokes was 12-14 http://backpack.tf/vote/id/523f62204cd7b8fb1b8b4568 so 12 is actually with overpay.
That's understandable, but I don't believe a firm 2.8 would go well especially only with 1 piece of evidence.
he's raising the price, original value is 2.5 at highest.
Umm...no its not?
If you don't know what I mean by "original value" then you should go and leave this suggestion.
He does not need more proof, it would be better, but it is not neccesarry, only when pricing a new hat or new effect.
to the OP, you could maybe list some offers, but i don't think it should matter that much really, maybe look into some older sales as there are no other within the current month.
Found an offer. I thought it was ~ a year old offer but i was mistaken. Quite recent. Just added it to original post.
There are 2 rules you need to follow, which on the sale you did accidentally :)
you need to use original suggested prices, because currently prices go up/down depending on key/ref/bud suggestions, more info and how to get them here: http://forums.backpack.tf/index.php?/topic/4350-new-rule-use-original-suggested-values-of-unusuals/?hl=%2Boriginal+%2Bsuggested
Then you need to apply overpay to unusuals, which can be done by taking the average of the original suggested value and multiply that by .9 or just take the low end of the range.
These rules would value the fez a bit lower, but the sale is fine.
I'm confused. It says to use the original suggested price, but in the explanation screenshots he's hovering over the most recent suggestion. Thats not the original price, is it? :S
his first picture just tells you where to find the original prices, http://puu.sh/4MpOn.jpg just shows that you need to hover over the unusual and press stats
then you get a graph, which shows how the value of an item went, it shows the prices the latest suggestion was last accepted at. http://puu.sh/4MpVb.jpg shows that if you hover over a blue dot it shows the price you need to use.
Overall I pretty nice first suggestion. You have my up vote mate
Your offer of 1 bud + Smoking Fez (1.4 after overpay) is 2.4
Bubbling Bloke's original values are 12 - 14, ~11.7 after overpay
Your other sale is 2 + 0.15 + 0.585 = 2.6
Your price should be a range of 2.4 - 2.6 buds and not 2.75 flat
Also that's if we consider your proof as valid and all
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/15696075 - an outlier, i guess....
