I suppose this price would be reasonable for this hat at the moment, because hat itself has appeared as an unusual quiet recently. As backpack.tf says necessities with planets are around 2.4-2.5, and I believe bubbling effect is much more suitable for this hat. Also there are only 2 in the world (and 3 with bubbling effect). So, that's why I'm offering approximately 2.6 buds for it at the moment. Thank you for your attention.

EDIT : You did also get it for ~1.4 (Bubbling buto + Service medal) so this suggestion is utter bullshit
