This suggestion actually looks legit. I'm not sure whether the first link is an outlier considering the 1 key offers. Second one doesn't count for anything it seems (comments).

Make sure you suggesting the right thing, this is for a CLEAN Spine-Twisting Skull witch does exist. The "proof" Provided is for a Dirty Spine-Twisting Skull. Downvote.

All of his proof are of clean Spine-Twisting Skulls. They may be untradable, but they are most certainly clean.

I believe he is mistaken about the pricing. The price for this item is indeed the dirty one (untradable) If you mouse over the price in the price list it should have a message.

Clean ones do exist (ie tradable) but they are very very rare most in collector's bp never to see the light of day which is probably why bp prices the untradable one
