I've got the 2 proof required:

1 sold for: Cloudy moon ballcap (15 buds - the person added 8) = 7 factoring overpay = 6.3 http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/15661838 (look for the comment made by "Mojo")

So i believe that a range of 6.5 - 8 is fair, as it seems the marauder is a bit of a outlier, but with only 3 confirmed sales :/.

Not sure where you got 15 buds for the Cloud Moon Ballcap. Should be priced at 13 according to the new rules, and therefore the sale should equal 5 buds. I suggest re-suggesting at 7-9/8.9 buds.

what freaking new rules u talk about man....those are all bullshit. if new rules we re so great , after bud price increased the hats which were priced with these stupid new rules shouldnt have dropped.but guess what have happened..all hat priced have dropped way below its average sales even with new rule pricing and all bullshit..!! the fact is backack.tf cant keep up with inflation of buds because their root is based on refines and they price hats in buds. dont understand which graders create such rules and all..this entire pricing is insane...

actually hats are priced in USD and converted to buds based on current bud price.

so basically, you're wrong for getting so upset.
