In light of this current trade: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/13743643 - Offered Darkblaze Tree + 8 keys, Aces High Executioner(8.5), Miami Tree + 2 pure (6.7), I am lead to believe that the past sales of Miami Tree + 1 pure are lower than what the tree is currently selling for. That being said, I think the 7 pure is within range, as is the 7.9, so I am basing my range off of those two sales. Feel free to comment on this.
