L1 = Highballer - unsold in 3 weeks.
L2 = 1 week ago buds were 16, so 0.8 per unusual = ~13 keys.
L3 = outlier

Link one I agree is an highballer which is why I didn't include it in the range.

The time the guy offered that, buds were 16 keys so then 0.8 buds each would be ~13 keys each.
I still find L3 an outlier.
Votes are split neardly dead even. Would have closed if it was just the one sale, but the second provided sale in the comments is also within range. Appears to be the most recent confirmable sales.
All in all, a more conservative rise would have been nice, but the proof is there. Accepting.
