Ah, sorry it's taken a while to get you feedback. A few things about how unusuals are priced here. All unusual prices listed are their prices in pure. So if a hat is offered and sells for an unusual / items, overpay must be calculated as 0.9 * middle of the range price. Unusual values are affected by currency changes, so you need to use actual suggested values as indicated here: http://forums.backpack.tf/index.php?/topic/4350-new-rule-use-original-suggested-values-of-unusuals/

Most B/O's are at 3. This basically affirms that the suggestion made 2 weeks ago was fine. I know it's frustrating that the buds drop has resulted in a drop in the listed value. Hopefully this will be corrected soon in the upcoming update.
