Not too many selling for lower than 3, but there are many that are unsold @ 3.

I think that 2-3 is a flexible range, and it would be reasonable.

Suggestions, adjustments to the range, etc. are appreciated.

I find it quite strange that the low end is the average of all the unsolds below 3 refined. I don't think you can just make a value like that...

I am very open to suggestions, and yes, it is important to be accurate.

If you have an alternative range, please suggest one. 2 refined is from the various sellers from 2~3, including the Community Market + Trade.tf prices.

I cannot put an exact price like 2.77~3 because there is only one Quoth for 2.77.

2.00 includes much more trades.

Its best not to do the average. Best to find a good low end which people are actually selling for.

Technically keys are about $1.90, but most people consider it $2. $2.4 is the inflated market price of keys.

Yes, $2.4 is based off the community market. People don't pay $ for small items like a haunted Quoth, so I will be basing my key prices off the market. Also, people happen to sell haunted items on the market, so I am calculating the price of the bird based on it's listing price + key prices.

I try to get as much unsolds as I possibly can. ^ (Someone else's suggestion had one link..)

What would you consider a reasonable range?

Although this does need a drop, everything under 3 seems like a QS. Can't put a finger on the lower range, so I would keep this at 3 ref for now. 2.66-3 if you can find enough proof.
