I bought this as a quicksell, and noticed right off the bat that the price was three months old. I believe it should be bumped up. After a year, there are only 7 in existence, and 3 on the market:

I think this hat should go up a bit, I have received a few offers at 21 keys so far.

There just buyouts no real good offers at all!

there could be a single existing copy of an unusual that has been sold several times in the past

man it could be the only hat in market but if you don't have any proof at all that people are interested in paying more for this hat, then you got no possibility to get this suggestion to pass.
