It does is old,but that outpost link shows that the seller wants only money,not accepting unusuals and neither promos

Only 2 people. The first one probably retracted, he doesn't seem to respond anymore, otherwise he would buy it already. And it doesn't really matter if he bump the trade often or not. With unusuals it doesn't matter, it matters with regular items.

What u mean by 2 people?there were a bunch of offers,of which all were unusuals.But the seller declined them all.
