    Unsure about the unusual trades. Given that they're unpriced, I'd like to see more support on the transitional unusuals. The idea behind the two sale rule is to ensure the sale being used isn't an outlier, and the same concern should be had for their use here.

      All suggestions for new hats require two sales to establish a range. You have one defined sale here. If you want to use the baker boy and company man as proof you will need two sales on each of those. Any single sale on any hat can be an outlier and should not be used as a representative value for the hat.
