Your first link didn't sell for smoking tavish, the trader who offered it instead sold for a different hat. I don't see the 25 key offer on your second link, but he rejected 24 keys (~1.3 buds). Maybe a slight range would be better?

Range of 1.2-1.3 would be better, but this is close.
