Many unsold sanvichs, and most of trades has 1-3 weeks old and didn`t recieve any 1.2 - 1.3 bud offer.

As we can see here, low demand + many sellers = many quicksellers. The price must low cause this item has a very low market and most of sellers sell them for cheap cause they want to get rid off them. Feel free to coment and give your opinion about this new range. Seems more appropriate for me.
