This item is hard to find now a days as the first proof does show that anyone with this hat is not willing to sell as I did talk to some owners of this item and they were not wanting to sell unless it was a mass overpay only 2 sellers on outpost for it atm

Its still valid info though both those that 18 keys sold is 4 months ago and the 20 keys i had to buy cause it was either that or i would have to spend 2 buds so i think this suggestion is still more then fair
Yeah i did swap it for a blizzardy storm noir which are currently being sold at 22-25 keys including buyers in that range to so that was an unusual overpay for it...
