Same guy also offered 3 pure, but he didn't want two pyro hats so I took the second offer.

Other main notable offer is danhtheman who offered ghost jeep + planet pipe for my attendant and flam if I add sweets, which is 3+ in unusuals.

Feel free to provide counter proof. I'm doubtful you'll find any though since most of these are locked away tightly.
