I think the high end is too high and low end is too low.

High End: There are b/o's at 1.3, 1.4, and 1.5. Anyone paying more than that is overpaying. Just too easy to get at that value

Low End: Lots of offers higher than 1, including pure offers of 1.2. Something like 1.3-1.5 would seem more accurate to me. But I'd like another mod's input.

i would remove 1 from the range because of the rejected offers but i don't think that 1.8 should be kicked since there is 2 sales

Agree with Polar bear++ ,here big difference in price range - this can be for new effects, but not for this effect and hat --> 1.3-1.8
