All of your 2.66 links are new trades, younger then 1 day.

why would the range be just 3 if i can find equal people willing to sell for 2.66 and some selling for 2-2.66?

They are too young to be used as proof. 3 minuets old trade might sell a bit later on, but 3 days old trade clearly shows that a drop is needed, because the item doesn't sell well at a listed price.

For example, I can post these links as proof of unsolds at 3 ref only few minuets after they got posted, but as you can see, if we wait a bit more they might sold.

This one is even a better example, http://tf2tp.com/trade.php?trade=9910695 , you could list it 4 hours ago as seller at 2.66, but since it is too young, you can't know that it'll be sold a bit later on.

I have trouble selling at 3 refined as well. I had lowered my price to 2.66 but none adds me. I personally supports this suggestion. However, this really need some more proof.

There was an added buff to the weapon.

Yeah, I don't know how changing a weapon from a piece of crap to a slightly more reliable piece of crap raises the price by nearly 3 ref.

Its we the buyers raised it. When this weapon got new hype. New updates. It happens here in TF2 as well as in real world, such as Smartphones. Its the same thing but people always pay more when new hype comes out.
