All the buyouts you listed makes me think that any sales higher than that is an outlier and 1 bud isn't so much as an outlier.
dis is so complicated...polar bear told me that 1 bud as low end is too low because of the rejected offers...and the low b/o trades are still new though
1-2 weeks isn't new but ok I guess 1 bud is an outlier if there's rejected offers but still not sure about high-end.
they only got 2-4 offers in 1-2 weeks and 2 sales is enough for a high-end right ?
