A few of the offers are old, I'll grant you that. But not older than the 2.8 sale. And even offers in the last 2 weeks easily reach 3.4-3.7.
I'm thinking throw out the low sale and high offer and make this at least 3.2-3.7

All these new effects and hats are going to make my job 10x harder and cause countless mistakes. aarg
