I still dont see a point for a range, no one actually trying to sell for 0.11. First guy selling for 1 wep, 1 week, no luck. 2nd guy possibly doing a 3:1 for a normal wep, otherwise could do 1 wep each. 3rd guy isn't really relevant

So yeah, I dont see ANY reason for 0.11 to be in the range :/
