damn this item got killed so fast and easy by the way can some one explain wat this item do i searched alot but didnt actually find out

during halloween it made special particle effects. Halloween is over and now its useless and junk

Basically, on halloween you could cast spells and stuff with it. Your hand would also sparkle with rainbow sparkles, and I am not going to lie, it looked pretty awesome. But now halloween is over, the sparkles don't work and nobody wants this. Video:
