Scorching original price is 7.9-9, this is lower so tiers are about correct. Not much proof but quite rare and there are 2 sales anyway. Unusual overpay and original prices used.
mind you 1 week ago Unusual Master's Yellow Belt Burning Flames price 8.2–9.4 buds
you provide price adopted on 12 hours ago http://backpack.tf/stats/110/5/13

I'm using original values as stated in the rules. Burning belt was never 8.2-9.4. Check this graph for the original suggested value: http://backpack.tf/stats/110/5/13
Most people don't realise that the prices they see right now for unusuals are mainly higher than what they are supposed to be due to the storage system of prices in USD with buds falling significantly over the months. Price was also 6 months outdated which is definitely not valid now which was why I had to update it.
I did see that offer but you could call that an outlier looking at the sales. I don't get what bookmarks have got to do with this.
Yes, I see you are a connoisseur of prices
1 of 1 hat. Both sales included. Pretty straightforward
