"viable" They made it far to strong IMO, a good scout who plays hit n run can demolish with this, its a scattergun with a smaller clip and perma speed increase considering how little you need to fill the meter to run faster than base normal scout speed.
Hmmm the stock in the hands of a good scout is always better than the baby face, though i wouldnt be surprised of some people start using the bfb in competitive. It was a good weapon only issue with it was that it took too long to reach the fight which was why it wasnt used as much :S
