Meh, some of your counter proof is wrong.

1: Item, somewhat proof

2: Yet again, a item one

3: 1.11 keys, proof

4: Level 99 Not proof

5: Proof

6: Still has in BP

Conclusion:

2 solid proofs out of 8.

2 are for items.

1 is hard to count.

Item proofs are still acceptable as long as they weren't overpay in items specified by the seller

L4: level 99 is not a special level (well not on unique items anyway) and seller didn't emphasize it's level. Level didn't matter in it's sale

L6: Hornblower isn't in his BP (this is how I know you didn't thoroughly review the solds ;) and comments of an offer for "kringle for hornblower" which was accepted...Kringle was in his inventory when I found this link 2 days ago. My observation is that the Kringle sold.

L7: Saying it's 50/50 isn't really re-evaluating it's in-validness and was most likely sold at the price of 1 key + 1 ref (as that is the items on the right-hand side specify and item no longer in their inventory)
