Do not forget that this item is still craftable which means you can fuse it with another hat/misc to make a new item. Usually hat's don' go below 1.33 because they are still craftable

I'm afraid Haunted items are not craftable. If it were craftable, I think you could be safe to say that these would become rare. xD
