You have offers of 19 keys and 20 keys. You need proof of 17 and 21 keys.

2nd link - a bud (19 keys) and owner pays sweets, so the owner accepted a price of 19-sweets. Now, that guy retracted so idk what the sweets were, but I'd say it the overall price would be around 17. There isn't a lot of proof to search through.

Since 1 owner seems to have 2 offers of 19 pure, 1 offer of 20 pure and another offer of 19 (overall 3 offers of 19 and 1 of 20 when most offers are pure) 17 (if it really was 17) sale seems like an outlier
