Calculated for overpay in brackets, original price -NOT suggested price- in parentheses.
Use original values! drill is 1.5
Hustler 1.4
milkman is good
but the actual range is 1.2-1.5
Original value for drill is 1.6-2, 1.6+2 = 3.6/2= 1.8 *.9(overpay) = 1.6
Original value for Hustler is 1.4-1.6, 1.4+1.6 = 3/2 = 1.5*.9(overpay) = 1.3
Here's a screenshot of the original value for the Hustler (http://i.imgur.com/o7G7orb.jpg)
So I'm not sure where you're getting 1.5 and 1.4 from?
EDIT: I followed the guide on here: http://forums.backpack.tf/index.php?/topic/4350-new-rule-use-original-suggested-values-of-unusuals/
Double Edit: And I followed the suggestion about overpay here: http://forums.backpack.tf/index.php?/topic/4836-im-very-confused-on-buyouts-for-price-suggestions/?p=56016
