Well after looking in to this I really doubt this until I am dis proven since the buyer who bought it for "3 buds" traded the unusual for sulphurous ketche (seen here: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/15733483 ) and that just doesn't make any sense. Sorry but I really think you haven't proof to support ur high end.
The correct prices* would be:
aces high noir is ~3.2 buds.
kaw tricorne + sf sticky is ~2.9 buds
Offers on a closed trade from 3+ months ago don't really matter though.
*Use average value x0.9 for overpay, and take original suggested prices ( http://forums.backpack.tf/index.php?/topic/4350-new-rule-use-original-suggested-values-of-unusuals/ ), as stated in the guideline thread.
PS: As others stated, the 3.5 bud sale is shady.~

This suggestion isn't acceptable with the high range so much in question. I'd recommend remaking the suggestion without using that particular proof.
