Interesting new development. My "9 keys, 1 month" link has sold to someone who offered a TS bills (check item history). The Bill's can be seen on the bottom row of page 7, in the left hand corner of his backpack here: http://www.tf2outpost.com/backpack/377303

It is unknown whether he added anything, but if he didn't then that sale is 7 keys at most.
