nope. Since when are unusuals free from the rules of proof? He didn't prove he bought at 3 buds, if he did it might be different. Also no, you don't get to base price of unusuals based off of unaccepted offers, thats not how it works.

I just said "He based the range on the only sale" and yes, you can use unaccepted offers to strengthen your range IF the offers are ABOVE the listed prices; that means there is MORE demand for it, clearly showing that the price is INCORRECT

No this is only for new hats/effects. Rare hats are exempt from this rule.

Don't spout rules you don't fully understand.

If the hat is an old/rare hat with one sale in many months (>3 months), then it is acceptable to set a flat price and it will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis (depending on how comparable the sale is to previous offers)

Still only occurs for new effects and new hats. This is an old hat with an old effect. READ THE RULES DON'T SKIM.

How did a sunbeams Geisha ever get this low in the first place? There isn't even a previous suggestion SETTING the original first price in stats... Proof looks good, to many offers showing that the old price is obsolete.
