2 buds comes from a guy having a 1.9 bud buyout? Why? And it's not a Buyout, it's a Price. Also, for all we know, he still values buds at less than 19 keys. He is also "Quickselling" it, and I know what you're gonna say, "It's only a Quicksell if it sells within a few days. Hur dur," but really, it is. If the Gym rat is accepted, then 2-2.3 buds will be appropriate. For now, going with the other guy's suggestion.

The gym rat, like I said, has not been accepted, so your low-end is basically proofless.

first link had a b/o of 36 keys (1.9 buds) and he changed his price to 30 keys (1.6 buds) but since he is trying to quicksell it, i put 2 buds as the low end as someone has offered that much (the kill a watt gym rat). 1.6-2.3 buds would be in-accurate as he is trying to quicksell it

Koga's trade which sold for 2.3 had a b/o of 2 buds. Can't count it as 2.3 but supports your low end.
