Sellers and sales significantly under the suggested range are concerning
Your noir sale is 3 months old. The second sale is questionable, the seller and buyer swap a bunch of items between them, including this hat, KaW tricorne, TW cone, ghosts head warmer, blizz hoodie, etc.
And polar bear has found more recent sales for almost a bud less than suggested range. At the very least these more recent sales should be reflected in the price. The noir sale seems more like an outlier...
