Suggestion: The Fast Learner at 2.33–2.66 ref

Other than those links, much better proof. I would adjust the range to 2.44-2.66 or something, because 2.33 is still a quicksell - even at the expense of an ugly-ish range.

I would like to say that the Fast Learner is being uncrated more and more everyday, after it could be found in crate series #59. Since there a quite an amount of Fast Learners, buyers can get them cheaper from other people. I conclude that it should have a change in its price.

Yes I believe they have a drop rate, but it's a very small chance, and it won't affect the price range that much.

Mostafa has made his point. 2.33 does indeed seem to be a quickbuyers price for now. This is a very common item. Undoubtedly there are sales above and below the current range. We are trying to capture the most commonly traded price. For now it seems that that is still 2.66
