Burning Sack has a 10 month old price and is not valid proof.

The El Jefe trade would end up being around ~7.5, once it's using mid-value on the jefe and the extras added are taken into account. Even after discounting the invalid proofs, looks like one can reach over 7 with overpay, while the number of 7 bud buyouts on the captains puts the cap on the max price anyway.
