I'd totally add more sales, but every other one is for an unpriced hat.
While the hats may be unpriced, you can get some sense of value from offers.

Probably should wait for at least one more defined sale. The two sales provided are the first two sales on the hat and may not have gotten the full value of this hat assessed. I'll admit that the current owner's b/o is ridiculous.
The Misty Skull Tricorne's price is 9 months old and is nowhere near that now (even if it was, it'd only be 6.7 due to 5 keys being added, which is almost within range) - and 2 Hazmats + Hoodie is within the range.
Oh, hmm. Didn't realize the hazmats were that low on the last suggestion.
No worries, although in all fairness, they're probably a little higher now. However, I can't see an offer/sale which would justify either of the sales I listed as being an outlier.
